How long we keep your information, and who we might share it with.
Trial class or event, without membership
If you have been to a trial class or an event without becoming a member, we delete all trace of you fourteen days after the class.
Active membership
If you are a member, we get your contact details and membership status from the membership system Membro, so we can show whether your membership is active and give you access to booking and the doors.
When membership ends
Your information is deleted from our systems no later than six months after your membership ends and your last visit, provided no contract is still active. Deletion within Membro itself is not always visible to us right away, but our own six-month limit applies regardless.
Sharing with others
We do not share personal information with anyone else. The exception is doping control carried out by Antidoping Norge on selected members, which we hold a licence from the Norwegian Data Protection Authority to register.
